Born and raised outside of Boston, Bill learned early the value of hard work, resilience, and loyalty—qualities that shaped both his military career and his approach to serving financial clients today. A lifelong Boston sports fan, Bill brings a competitive spirit, disciplined mindset, and commitment to teamwork into every client relationship.
Bill and his wife, Delia are proud parents of two accomplished children. Their daughter, Caitlyn, earned her master’s degree in History from the University of Glasgow, while their son, Daniel, is pursuing studies in Computer Design and Electrical Engineering at the University of Kansas.
Bill graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science while earning his commission through Army ROTC. He later completed a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Webster University.
Before transitioning into financial services, Bill served his country for 26 years in the U.S. Army, as an Armored Cav and Army Space officer. A veteran of the Gulf War and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Today, Bill brings that same leadership, integrity, and mission-focused discipline to his work as a Financial Advisor and Registered Principal with Escape Velocity Financial Planning. With more than 12 years of experience in financial services—including four years as a Principal OSJ—he specializes in helping individuals, families, and military professionals prepare for retirement and build long-term financial confidence. Bill holds Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses, along with the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Certified Financial Military Advisor (CFMA®) designations.
